Test Centre Inspector, Malé Island, Maldives

VICTVS is looking to recruit an Test Centre Inspector in Malé Island, Maldives.  Applicants must have the right to work in Maldives and be confident in verbal and written communication.  The work will be on-site, so it is essential to have your own method of transport. All training and documents are provided.

Working Hours:

Each inspection will last between 3 and 5 hours. Please note, this work is offered on a freelance or contractor basis and is not a full-time position. There may be future opportunities to work with VICTVS as an Exam Inspector.

Rate: £100 GBP per day

Role Description:

The successful applicant will conduct inspections at test centres. The inspection involves recording accurate information about the test centre and noting any observations. The inspector must submit the completed report within 2 working days.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of audit / inspection planning materials
  • Conducting audits / inspections at supplier locations
  • Creating accurate and clear reports
  • Capturing highly quality photo and video evidence
  • Ensuring that audits / inspections are carried out in accordance with our instructions & specifications
  • Checking policies and procedures are up to date
  • Ensuring tutors are qualified, competent and committed
  • Sampling documents such as minutes of meeting and standardisation records
  • Talking to learners, tutors, directors and others
  • Making decisions and providing feedback
  • Evaluating practice

Experience:

  • A strong working knowledge of Quality Management Systems is required
  • Qualified Internal Auditor/Lead Auditor QMS to IRCA is highly desirable.

Extensive training and support will be given. However, you must be able to display an aptitude for the role and an assessment will form part of the recruitment process.
